Welcome to our In2crafting website. We are a family run business based in south Essex and have been trading since February 2005. With the opening of our fantastic country store over 5 years ago we have established ourselves as one of the premier quality craft stockists in the region with a reputation for the highest standards of customer care and service. We stock over 12,000 products representing all the top brands in papercrafting, model kits and associated materials - all at very competitive prices.

Please read our terms and conditions carefully, if you do not agree with something written within them, do not use this website. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. By using In2crafting.co.uk website, you signify your agreement to be bound by all of these terms. We will endeavour to provide you with uninterrupted, error free access to our website, however due to the nature of the internet this cannot always be guaranteed.

Your Account

You are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential when using our website and agree to accept responsibility for all activities which occur under your account and password. If you become concerned at any point that this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused please contact us immediately.

Please ensure you provide us with details which are complete and correct when setting up your account. Please advise us should these details change at any time or you wish your details to be removed.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions between us and yourself. They do not affect your statutory rights.Please read them carefully.

We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect on the date they are posted on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these Terms and Conditions.

Failure by us to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.

Customer Orders

We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

To order goods over the telephone or on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the EU.

All telephone orders will be acknowledged verbally at the time of order, and all orders placed on our website will be acknowledged electronically by e-mail. Please note that verbal and/or electronic acknowledgements do not constitute order confirmation or order acceptance. Your order will be accepted and the creation of a legally binding contract between you and us will take place once the goods have been dispatched or collected. (Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case we will inform you in-person or by telephone or e-mail).

When deciding whether or not to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from credit reference agency checks. This helps to protect you and us against fraudulent transactions.

We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.

Prices

The total price payable will be stipulated at the time when you place your order, whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers? prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been acknowledged. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time the order is placed.

Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative. We make every effort to maintain the prices shown on our Website. Prices however are liable to increase beyond our control and therefore we reserve the right to discontinue items or to amend prices when necessary. If the cost of your order differs from the prices originally quoted, we will contact you, either by telephone or email, to request your instructions on how to proceed.

Prices listed on our website may differ from those in our shop. We regret that we are not able to offer the same discounts on items purchased in store.

All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate of 20%, where this is applicable.

Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling, and all orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling.

Order Processing

Your order is sent directly to our secure till for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this the within 24 hours for all orders placed by 2pm Mon to Fri.  You will receive an e mail confirmation of your order.

Special Orders

We are happy to order special items for you, such as personalized stamps, non stock items and products made in different colours to those stocked. To order such items please phone us on 01268 730234. We regret to inform you that all special orders are non-returnable and must be paid in full at time of order.

Order Tracking

You can track the progress of your order at any time by logging into My Account from the Home page on this website.

Security (PayPal)

 

We use the established internet payment company PayPal to protect your card details and protect us from fraud. The following security systems are used as described by PayPal.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to order from us, just use your debit or credit card in the usual way.

 PayPal use fraud prevention technology that monitors transactions for suspicious activity.

• To help weed out fraudulent activity, every transaction is reviewed by state of the art models.
• We ensure users who send or receive large amounts of money have successfully completed our verification system and identity check.

PayPal uses state of the art encryption

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. That’s why we automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and our systems, ensuring your information is kept private.

The geeky details

When registering or logging in to our site, we verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 168 bits (the highest level commercially available). We store your personal information and ensure it’s heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further safeguard your debit and credit card numbers and your bank account details, we do not directly connect our firewall-protected servers to the internet.

Links to banks. PayPal has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Employee access. No individuals within In2crafting or PayPal are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.

Delivery

All UK orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery. Orders less than £50 or non-UK orders are charged as priced plus carriage. Once you have placed an order we aim to dispatch the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for both delivery and return cost.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point. If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Wight (PO30-37), Isle of Man (IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles (PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles (HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays.

We ship to the UK and EU Countries. For shipment to any other destination please contact us prior to ordering.

Availability

All information provided on the products on this website is intended as a guide only. Dimensions and weights are only approximate, as are colours. If you can’t see the colour or size you would like please call to check availability.

On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods reflect our targets only. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the your expense as unused, in resaleable condition with tags, in the original packaging within 7 working days along with the original receipt.

You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as In2crafting cannot be held responsible for any goods lost during transit back to us.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.

We will not accept or refund the following items; rubber or clear stamps, papers, CD’s or DVD’s, Computer software, cutting and embossing dies and machines, unless found to be faulty in manufacture.

Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Offers and Vouchers

In2crafting gift vouchers are redeemable against any merchandise listed on the website www.in2crafting.co.uk. To use a gift voucher to pay or partially pay for an order, enter the voucher code during the checkout process. Only one voucher may be redeemed against each product, however we will combine postage on orders for multiple products with multiple vouchers made on the same day (either telephone us for this or we will refund the postage following the transaction(s)). Gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No exchange or credit will be given on any unused portion of a voucher. Goods purchased or partly purchased with a voucher which are subsequently returned and accepted by In2crafting will be credited using an equivalent voucher.

In2crafting reserves the right to refuse to accept a voucher which it deems to have been duplicated or otherwise obtained by fraudulent means. Gift vouchers will expire on the date given on the voucher, after which they will be treated as void and are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This privacy policy will change from time to time as we develop the range of services on the website. When this privacy policy changes, we will place an updated version on this page. Regularly reviewing this page ensures that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we will share it with other parties. These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We are required by law to inform you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
