ReturnsIf you are unhappy with the goods received we will refund them if they are sent back at the your expense as unused, in resaleable condition with tags, in the original packaging within 7 working days along with the original receipt.
You should contact us straight away to advise us of your intention to return the product.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us and you will be responsible for the cost of return unless goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage as In2crafting cannot be held responsible for any goods lost during transit back to us.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods, in their original condition. This refund only includes the total of goods sent not the delivery charge.
We will not accept or refund the following items; rubber or clear stamps, papers, CDs or DVDs, Computer software, cutting and embossing dies and machines, unless found to be faulty in manufacture.
Any goods with manufacturing faults on arrival will be replaced or refunded according to the manufacturers warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
